Megan Pickard

With years of experience now under her belt, Megan has become a trusted and knowledgeable member of the Mitchell, Reed & Schmitten team. After a 20-year career as a dental assistant, she found her passion in insurance—where she loves connecting with clients and helping them feel confident about their coverage.

Megan is married with two children and is deeply involved in their schools and sports activities. Whether she’s volunteering, cheering from the sidelines, or organizing events, she brings the same energy and care to her community that she does to her work.

Outside the office, Megan enjoys discovering local wineries, trying out new restaurants, painting, and catching a good game—especially when the Denver Broncos are playing! She’s also an avid traveler, having explored exciting destinations like Australia, Brazil, and Mexico. But no matter where she goes, her favorite place is wherever she’s spending quality time with her family.
